1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing https://shop.heama-soft.com and purchasing any digital products (including software source code, POS systems, scripts, or templates), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Intellectual Property

& Ownership All digital products and systems sold on Heama Soft are the intellectual property of Heama Soft.

  • License Only: You are purchasing a license to use the software; you do not own the underlying copyrights unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

  • Brand Protection: You may not claim our products as your own or use the “Heama Soft” brand name or logo for your own projects without prior written permission.

3. Licensing & Usage Rights

We grant you a specific license based on your purchase:

  • Single Use License: Use the product for one project or client website only.

  • Developer/Extended License: Use the product for multiple projects or clients as specified in your purchased plan.

  • Strict Prohibition: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, sharing, or sub-licensing our source code on any public platform, marketplace, or “nulled” websites.

4. Payment & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and partner Paddle.com.

  • Merchant of Record: Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide all customer service inquiries and handle returns.

  • Financial Security: Paddle handles all payment processing, tax calculations (VAT/Sales Tax), and financial security protocols.

  • Agreement: By placing an order, you agree to Paddle’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy in addition to ours.

5. Product Delivery

After payment is successfully processed by Paddle, you will receive an automated email with a download link or access credentials.

  • Issues: If you do not receive your files within 24 hours, please contact support@heama-soft.com.

  • Maintenance: You are responsible for maintaining backups of your purchased files once delivered.

6. Professional & Custom Services

Heama Soft provides both digital downloads and professional services. Our Business Pro and Enterprise tiers may include manual labor, such as software installation, server configuration, and custom UI branding. These services are scheduled based on our team’s availability.

7. Support & Updates

  • Technical Support: We provide 6 to 12 months of technical support for issues directly related to the original code or system bugs.

  • Updates: We provide free updates for a specific period to ensure compatibility with the latest frameworks and security standards.

8. Refund Policy

All refund requests are handled according to Paddle’s standard refund policy and our Refund Policy page. Since our products are digital source code (intangible goods), refunds are generally issued only if the product is technically defective or not as described, subject to Paddle’s review and approval.

9. Limitation of Liability

Heama Soft shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit or data) arising from the use or inability to use our products. We do not guarantee 100% compatibility with all 3rd-party software or all hosting environments.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Heama Soft is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
